Robert brings more than 15 years of strategic communications, public affairs, organizational transformation, and market research experience to his role at Vistra. Operating often as a member of high-level planning teams, he provides integrated marketing strategies and business process improvement solutions to senior government, military, and corporate leaders.
Robert has successfully managed a variety of programs with the U.S. Army, the U.S. Army Reserve, the Defense Health Agency, the Defense Human Resources Activity, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Transportation, and the Department of Commerce. He also brings corporate communications experience, including market research and brand development for Procter & Gamble and Applebee’s, among others.
Currently, Robert serves as a senior member of the federal team providing program management expertise and business development support, with specific focus on the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs.
Robert has a master’s degree in Mass Communication and a B.A. in History from the University of South Carolina.
